Who we are

“Hamla” is a web-based ad studio. For privacy questions, contact amrtaher1995@gmail.com.

What we collect

Waitlist: your email, and whatever you choose to add: name, company, team size, markets, your note, and the page language.
Account: your email, your role and the brands you belong to. Sign-in is by a link and code sent to your email, with no password.
Brand data: what Hamla reads from your website, logos and screenshots you upload, the ads, posts and videos you make, and your ratings and notes.
Meta data: if you connect your Page, ad account or pixel yourself, we read results to show them against your brand's average.
Audit log: we record important actions such as sign-ins and invites, to keep accounts safe.

Where it's kept

Brand data and pictures you make are stored on the company's server in the European Union, hosted by Hetzner.
Accounts, the waitlist and email sign-in are handled through Supabase.
This website and the way into the app pass through Cloudflare.

Who processes it

Writing and judging: we send the text needed to AI models through an AI gateway, to write and judge plans and copy.
Pictures and video: when you ask for a model-made picture or a video, we send the description and the captures it needs to inference.sh.
Meta: we only send Meta what you approve: creating a paused campaign, turning it on, or publishing a post. Each needs your explicit yes.

We don't sell your data, and we don't use one brand's data to make another brand's ads.

This website

This website uses no advertising trackers. Fonts load from Google Fonts. The demo on the home page runs only in your browser and doesn't send what you type.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, to correct it, to delete it, or to leave the waitlist by emailing amrtaher1995@gmail.com. You can also disconnect Meta at any time from the Integrations page.
